Twenty or so years ago I became acquainted with Tom Peters through his legendary book, In Search of Excellence. I've followed Peters' writing somewhat sporadically throughout the years. Here's an excellent video clip of Peters describing his definition of leadership. Nothing revolutionary, but good stuff to think about and chew on. Enjoy.
